Listings properties

New build homes and new development properties



Upon agreement of a property purchase, an initial reservation deposit is required. The sum may vary and is normally between € 6000 – € 10000.

The reservation deposit ensures the property is taken off the market up to two weeks.

This deposit is held by your lawyer until a Private Contract has been agreed and signed.

At this point you are asked to pay 10% of the purchase price (minus the monies that you already paid).

Completion and handover of the property normally takes 4 – 6 weeks in total.

Upon completion you will pay the remaining 90% plus relevant taxes & fees at the notary.
